Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping from our location in the USA. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Upon processing and shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Time and Fees
For orders shipped within the US, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 4-6 business days. The shipping fee for all orders is $7.75. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 32 days from the date of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will regrettably be declined.
Once we receive your return package, the refund process will typically take 7 days. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable customs fees cannot be refunded.
